2. Products & Availability We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen will reflect exact colors.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

4. Orders & Fulfillment By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Some items are fulfilled through print-on-demand partners and are made to order — please allow additional processing time for these items.

5. Shipping Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. NO LMTS Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our [Return & Refund Policy], which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including logos, graphics, text, and product designs — is the property of NO LMTS Apparel and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

8. User Conduct You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. Unauthorized use of this site may give rise to a claim for damages.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

Age Restrictions By using this site and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the consent of a legal guardian. NO LMTS Apparel does not knowingly collect information from or sell to individuals under the age of 13. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information without parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights or for claims involving amounts under $500, which may be brought in small claims court.

You and NO LMTS Apparel agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only — not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
